London Saturday practice sessions are a chance to expand your knowledge of the various aspects of Daoist Alchemy and Yoga and give the body and mind a good workout.
The focus will be on actual practice rather than any study of theory but enough instruction is given to make each session accessible to the beginner. For the more regular attendees this is a chance to recap on previous forms and fill in any gaps in knowledge. Over the the course of a year we will look at various practices to gather, connect and transform energy.
Monthly Practice Sessions in Daoist Alchemy INBI Instructor Tom Watson will be leading Saturday afternoon practice sessions in the Alchemy of Ba Gua Zhang and Daoist Yoga.
The next two sessions will have a focus on the preparatory aspects of Ba Gua and Work with the Vessels, with a chance to review the external vessels of the legs and arms. These are a great way to fill in gaps in your practice. Beginners are also welcome.
